Then in the printer menu select ‘open as administrator’ and select the printer menu to ‘cancel the documents’.

You can set your printer as default to resolve the problem with the HP printer. Open the Control Panel and then select the ‘Devices and Printers’ option. From the list of options find the HP printer and right-click and choose ‘Set as default printer’ option. Then click on Yes if prompted. You shall now see a green tick mark on the HP printer.
